All done

Finally finished this labor of love. My son and his wife are expecting their first child together in May – and it’s a girl! I used to read this book to him when he was small. It was our favorite and it always made me cry! I made up a little melody to sing the song to him, and I’d get so choked up I could hardly get through it. I gave him a copy when he turned 18, and I’m giving a copy to his daughter. Needless to say, it’s very special to us. And so this blanket is called the Love You Forever Baby Blanket. I’ll be posting the pattern and more photos soon!??
